Hello all! To start off, you may be wondering, "what exactly is a Healthy Grind?" Well, to put it in it's simplest terms, a "grind" means to work hard in whatever you may practice. Whether it's your job, your hobbies, your relationships, or even your health, if you choose to stay on your grind, it will pay off in the end. A Healthy Grind can be challenging. It's a lot easier to sit on the couch, watch TV, and eat junk food, rather than eating healthy, nutritious foods, and exercising. However, if you can get past eating unhealthy foods, and inactivity, and realize that your health is the single most important thing in your life, the journey will be uplifting and rewarding. The reason behind these blogs is to help inspire and motivate those who want to live healthy and change for the good. In conclusion, day by day is the pace.
